Miami Kids Mile at the Miami Marathon

On Life Time Miami Marathon Sunday, kids 6 to 13 run their own timed mile through downtown Miami, starting at 11 a.m. on NW 3rd Street between North Miami Avenue and NW 1st Avenue, alongside the Kids Run Miami students finishing the last mile of their 26.2-mile program. Every runner gets a race shirt, a bib, a timed result and a finisher's medal. Kids register individually on the marathon's site, and kit pickup is 9:30–10:45 a.m. on race morning; Kids Run Miami itself is free for participating Miami-Dade schools and youth groups, whose coaches apply through a form.
