Holiday Workshops & Santa Says at IKEA Miami

A Saturday of free holiday activities at IKEA Miami for IKEA Family members. At noon, Santa Says, a Simon Says–style game in the Dining Department, gives players a chance to win a $50 IKEA gift card (arrive 15 minutes early). From 1:30 to 2:30 PM kids make PYSSLA bead holiday ornaments, and from 3:30 to 4:30 PM children ages 3 to 12 decorate VINTERSAGA gingerbread trees, both in the Swedish Restaurant. Each activity has its own free registration on IKEA's events page, up to two children per membership, and parents stay with their kids. From 1 to 3 PM Miami-Dade Fire Rescue shows a fire truck in the oversize parking area, no registration needed.
