Discover Homestead: Winter Wonderland

From Nov. 21 to Jan. 10, the City of Homestead turns Losner Park in its downtown into a winter village: a real outdoor ice rink under a canopy of holiday lights, an Adventure Park with inflatables and games, a food hall, a market village and an Enchanted Forest, with Santa visits and a new theme every two weeks — Let the Magic Begin, Whoville, Santa's Coming to Town and Wild Wild West Winter. Walking in is free; skating is a 90-minute session with skates included, $22 for ages 14 and up and $10 for ages 4–13. Closed every Monday and on Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day; hours change by night (weekdays usually 6–10 p.m., weekends from 4 p.m.), so check the schedule before you go. Street parking downtown is free.
