Broward community showed up and stepped out to save lives at the annual Heart Walk

Thousands of walkers joined the American Heart Association in the fight against No. 1 killer – heart disease.

The American Heart Association’s Greater Miami and Fort Lauderdale market raised over $1 million to save and improve lives across the community during its 2024 Broward Heart Walk on March 10. Over 6,000 people came together to support lifesaving cardiovascular research, advocacy efforts and community impact initiatives.
